This Dish is created by hand in my home studio using only fully tested compatible best quality art glass. Each one was made by applying the Sea Foam Blue to a single layer of clear art glass.

The Starfish are cut from copper foil positioned on top of the sea foam blue layer. The design is then sealed using a second layer of clear art glass. The Dish blank is now fired in the kiln to a pre-set schedule. Once cooled the fired blank is cleaned and checked, it is then placed over a mould and fired again until the glass has the form of the mould. The Dish is cooled to a pre-set rate to give the correct annealing.

Each Dish measures approx. 270mm long x 100m wide x 15mm including the rubber bumper feet to protect the Dish base and the surface it sits on.

Because of the nature of glass the Dish is a tiny work of art, and no two will be exactly the same. The copper starfishes will also change position.

Please note that these are made to order so please allow me 2-3 days before dispatch

The Dish can be hand washed in warm soaping water and then dried off with a towel.

Delivery and Returns
If the item is in stock then i will aim to pack & dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and for the items to arrive with UK mainland customers within 2-4 working days subject to stock availability.
All my items are handmade to order, so making times do vary depending on complexity. I will endeavour to highlight the time to make the individual items in each case.
Next day delivery can be arranged at a premium, plus it must be ordered before 12am to pack and arrange the courier. Please be aware that weekend deliveries are not possible with our Next Day service, therefore if selected on a Friday your package will be delivered on Monday.
On some items you will be notified that the parcel requires a signature to ensure a safe delivery.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return an item and we are happy to assist according to the Consumer Rights Act of October 2015.

How to Return an Item:
In the first instance, please notify us of your wish to return a product to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (for faulty items please notify us within 24 hours, see below), you will then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition in which they were received, including the outer box or we withhold the right to a refund.

We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received.

General returns are made at the buyer expense.

Creative pieces that are made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered) are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their bespoke element.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.

Faults & Damages:
We strive to ensure items are produced, designed and packaged well, but in some unfortunate cases faults and damages may occur.
If on receiving your delivery you find an item is damaged or faulty in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement goods.
Contact me detailing the issue and attaching a clear image to speed up the resolution process.
If you have requested a replacement, this will be sent free of postage and packing charges.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any faulty product, as doing so may affect your entitlement to refund, as we may ask for the product to be returned.

Refund can only be credited back to the original card used to purchase the items.

If an item is returned to us after our returns period has ended, and/or without advising us first, we will not be able to offer a refund. In these circumstances we may only offer an exchange or a part credit onto a gift
