We are available 7 days a week to assist you and will usually reply within 24 hours.

Stripe & PayPal, our secure payment partners, are used to process all payments on The Crafty Me. If a sale is made using stripe, the funds are transferred directly to your own Stripe account. The money can then be transferred to your bank account automatically. Stripe charges 1.4 percent + 20p per transaction for European card payments and 2.9 percent + 20p for non-European card purchases. During the creation of your store you may sign up to Stripe using a simple one-page form or link a current account. If a sale is made using PayPal, you can request a withdrawal via your seller dashboard once you meet the minimum balance of £5. We will then process your withdrawal within one working day to your chosen account. PayPal charges 2.9 percent + 30p per transaction for GBP transactions.
We only allow items that are handmade/designed by you or craft supplies on The Crafty Me. Vintage items are allowed as long as they’ve been significantly altered beyond their original appearance. If you don’t see a heading for your items, please feel free to contact us and we may be able to create one for you.

Customers do not need to create an account on our site to check out.

Whether your customer has an account or not, all of the regular security checks are performed on card transactions.

We fully support our British sellers and only allow sellers from the United Kingdom to sell on our marketplace.

To protect our sellers, we may restrict or deactivate your account if we find you are not a UK seller.

When an order is received, you will be notified by an email which contains all of your order details. 

You can also view order details from your Seller Dashboard after logging in, where you can print and view orders.

We will shortly be introducing SMS notifications when you receive a sale.

Absolutely, your buyer is able to contact you via the chat system on our website.  

If you’re not online, you’ll be notified by E-Mail of the message and be able to respond when your back online.

On our Facebook Page, we have a terrific and expanding community, and our members are always happy to help.

In addition, we’ve launched a Members Forum with special access for our sellers. If you get stuck, simply contact us through our support forum and we’ll help you.

Our forum is also a terrific opportunity to meet other makers who share your interests.
